Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, Organizational Change Management, Technology, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Working knowledge of generative AI capabilities, prompt engineering, context engineering, responsible AI principles, and practical AI use cases.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business needs, prioritize initiatives, and support adoption of new tools, processes, or technologies.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience developing internal communications, adoption campaigns, newsletters, or employee engagement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with ability to gather feedback and improve programs.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative, customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI @ Work program, including training sessions, office hours, and practical enablement resources.
• Develop frameworks (e.g., Context Engineering, AI workflows) to improve output quality and consistency.
• Support teams in adopting AI as part of their standard ways of working.
• Provide LOB-specific AI Enablement.
• Partner with business units to identify and implement high-impact AI use cases.
• Partner closely with teams rather than working in isolation.
• Continuously test, refine, and improve what we’re doing.
• Drive the shift from ad hoc AI usage to integrated, workflow-based application.
• Manage and maintain the AIDO roadmap, ensuring priorities, timelines, and dependencies are clearly documented and communicated.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across teams to gather roadmap updates, align priorities, and track progress against planned initiatives.
• Communicate roadmap changes, milestones, and upcoming capabilities to relevant audiences in a clear and timely manner.
• Manage/execute AIDO Communication Plan.
• Develop, manage, and publish the monthly AIDO Insights newsletter to provide clear updates on progress, highlight key initiatives, and reinforce organizational priorities.
• Coordinate and manage the publication of the bi-weekly Portfolio Update.
• Coordinate and publish AIDO communications.
• Manage AI @ Work MS Teams Channels.
• Manage AIDO Developers MS Teams Channels.
• Maintain/enhance AIDO SharePoint site
• Develop AI @ Work training assets
• Develop and maintain prompt libraries and reusable templates
