Job summary

Zscaler in the United States is seeking an AI Enablement Architect to design and scale company-wide enablement initiatives. The role blends hands-on AI tool use with instructional design to accelerate workforce productivity and responsible adoption, reporting to the Director of People Success Enablement.

You will architect workflow-embedded learning solutions, run interactive labs, and champion human-AI collaboration across teams, ensuring alignment with security and ethics.

Qualifications

• Hands-on daily proficiency with modern generative AI tools to build enablement solutions.
• 5+ years in enablement, talent development, or instructional design with AI focus.
• Experience designing bite-sized learning assets embedded in daily workflows.
• Proven ability to run engaging workshops and hands-on labs for diverse audiences.
• Strong ability to partner with stakeholders to drive organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy conversational agents, digital coaches, and guidance within workflows.
• Architect and scale company-wide AI capability-building initiatives with learning sprints.
• Own enablement charter for People & Culture, turning teams into AI power users.
• Build internal network of AI champions to share real-world use cases and best practices.
• Establish measurement frameworks tracking business impact, productivity, and time savings.
