Job summary

Entergy is seeking an AI Enablement Specialist with a focus on building, sustaining, and accelerating an AI community across the organization. You will develop, implement, and maintain knowledge-sharing programs for generative AI, analytics, data platforms, and automation to help employees confidently adopt AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience providing customer service, consulting, or training on software tools to solve business problems.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and understandable language.
• Experience with instructional methodologies, hands-on activities, simulations, and training tools.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and cloud-based data and computing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI teams and SMEs to enhance employee AI adoption and usage of AI tools and platforms.
• Design and deliver training materials, quick-start guides, toolkits, and demos for AI, analytics, data platforms, and automation.
• Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and enablement programs across the AI Enablement organization.
• Provide guidance and resources to help employees access and effectively use approved AI tools and platforms.
• Partner with technical teams to identify emerging AI trends and incorporate them into training materials.
