Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a senior role focused on transforming how a major corporate real estate account is managed with AI-enabled capabilities. The candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate facilities management, construction delivery, lease administration, and occupancy planning on a large, outsourced account.

Formación

• 10+ years in commercial real estate with direct operational fluency across facilities management, construction delivery, lease admin, transaction management and occupancy planning.
• Executive-level program management with track record of influencing outcomes across teams that don’t report to you.
• Strong cross-functional communication bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Working fluency with AI and agentic AI in end-to-end business processes; data literacy and quality checks.
• Comfort operating in a two-in-a-box structure with joint accountability between JLL and the client.

Responsabilidades

• Measure ROI rigorously; establish a baseline and provide a consolidated ROI view across all lines.
• Coordinate and prioritize AI activity across the account; align with client objectives.
• Manage citizen AI while avoiding shadow-IT risk, tooling duplication and data exposure.
• Own the take-to-production motion; move ideas from concept to deployed with measurable impact.
• Influence and coordinate existing operational teams to adopt and sustain the program.
• Partner with delivery functions to rollout capabilities in a repeatable, programmatic way.
