Job summary
EPAM Systems is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager in Autonomous Enterprise Consulting to drive high-impact AI client work and business transformation. You will identify opportunities to unlock value, shape pragmatic AI strategies, and translate emerging technologies into measurable outcomes for enterprises.
You will lead engagements, build trusted client relationships, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to the growth of EPAM's Autonomous Enterprise practice through market
Qualifications
- 5–8 years in Artificial Intelligence/ML and Intelligent Automation consulting with progression to lead multi-disciplinary teams.
- Deep understanding of AI and emerging tech including Generative AI, agentic AI, ML, AI engineering, intelligent automation, data, and enterprise AI transformation.
- Experience advising, presenting to, and building relationships with client stakeholders across multiple industry verticals.
Responsibilities
- Serve as trusted advisor on AI strategy, AI-enabled transformation, Generative AI, agentic AI, intelligent automation, and operating model changes to scale AI enterprise-wide.
- Lead AI advisory engagements, including AI strategy, opportunity assessment, use-case prioritization, operating model and governance, responsible AI, adoption, and enterprise transformation.
- Support opportunity discovery, proposal development, effort estimation, executive presentations, and multidisciplinary solution design with sales, strategy, and technical teams.
- Collaborate across EPAM's global capabilities to bring together strategy, data, AI, engineering, cloud, and industry expertise to address client needs.
- Contribute to growth of EPAM's Autonomous Enterprise through market development, account expansion, intellectual capital development, mentoring, and internal capability building.
