Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Consulting to lead strategic engagements for enterprise clients and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

You will shape transformation agendas, grow client partnerships, and drive enterprise-level outcomes by applying AI-enabled ways of working with EPAM’s engineering teams to make the transformation real. You will lead teams across multiple workstreams, mentor talent, and target annual engagement revenues of $1.5M or more

Qualifications

• 10+ years in consulting or senior delivery leadership roles.
• Proven ability to build teams and develop careers.
• Experience managing relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Experience driving $1.5M+ annual revenue through account growth.
• MBA preferred
