Badger Meter, Inc. is seeking an AI Enablement Specialist to accelerate responsible AI adoption within the IT/IS umbrella.

You will partner with Sales Operations, process owners, and the AI Center of Excellence to translate business needs into AI-enabled workflows and ensure practitioners confidently use approved AI tools in daily work. The role requires 2–4 years in technology adoption, business-process improvement, and change enablement, with hands-on experience in enterprise AI platforms and

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using enterprise AI tools to build prompts, templates, workflows and automations.
• Experience partnering with process owners, SMEs, training teams and tech stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of CRM-supported commercial processes and Salesforce familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI adoption by integrating approved capabilities into business processes and workflows.
• Identify opportunities, validate use cases, document outcomes, and prioritize initiatives by value and impact.
• Lead end-to-end enablement initiatives: discovery, pilot, rollout, training, adoption tracking, and improvement.
