Job summary

Bayview Asset Management, LLC is building an AI Enablement function to accelerate responsible AI adoption across the firm. As a Project Manager (AI), you will own high-impact engagements from discovery through implementation and adoption, partnering with business leaders to identify where AI creates value and the best delivery approach.

You will shape the enablement strategy, establish standards and best practices, and stay hands-on when needed while guiding the team and IT partners to scalable

Qualifications

• Strong executive communication, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured opportunities and plans.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional technology initiatives with senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on ability to build AI workflows using no-code/low-code platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic AI enablement engagements with business units and leaders.
• Shape the AI opportunity pipeline by evaluating value, feasibility, risk and effort.
• Translate strategy into practical AI solutions through design, testing and adoption.
• Drive enterprise adoption with training, workshops and office hours.
