Ledgent Technology is seeking an AI Enablement Analyst to drive hands-on AI adoption across the US workforce. You will design and deliver training, create enablement materials, run adoption programs, and prototype lightweight tools that demonstrate practical AI use.

This is a people-first role focused on teaching and winning over users, from beginners to power users, while partnering with leaders to embed AI in real workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in AI enablement, technology adoption, digital transformation, or related field.
• Hands-on proficiency with major AI platforms and ability to train others.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership with confidence and clarity.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities remotely.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and labs on enterprise AI tools.
• Create accessible enablement materials and use-case libraries for all technical levels.
• Meet users across proficiency spectrum and translate capability into workflows.
• Define adoption metrics and report impact to stakeholders.
• Identify departmental use cases and pilot structured adoption programs.
• Prototype lightweight AI tools using no/low-code platforms.
• Document prototypes and handoff materials for engineering teams.
• Prepare business-oriented summaries of adoption trends for leadership.
