The role collaborates with AI subject matter experts, supports ongoing training programs, and helps employees confidently use approved AI tools, while tracking participation and gathering feedback for content improvement.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in computer science, information technology, data science, business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2.8 GPA on a 4.0 scale is required.
• Experience with AI tools or data analytics coursework is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication and ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Willingness to collaborate and participate in workshops and enablement activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist AI teams in identifying opportunities to improve employee AI adoption and knowledge-sharing.
• Develop training materials, demos, toolkits, and quick-start guides that explain AI concepts accessibly.
• Support coordination and delivery of workshops, training sessions, and enablement programs.
• Provide basic guidance to employees exploring AI tools or workflows, explaining available resources and best practices.
• Partner with technical teams to stay updated on AI trends and incorporate them into learning content.
• Gather feedback on training sessions to improve content and the overall learning experience.
• Assist in tracking participation and maintaining documentation.
