Job summary

Giga Energy seeks an AI Training & Enablement Lead to build learning and adoption systems that keep the company at the front edge of applied AI. You will help employees move from awareness to confident, responsible use and from experiments to scalable workflows.

You will own the human capability layer while partnering with business units on tools, workflows, and rollout, delivering concise tutorials, playbooks, and reusable assets that accelerate real work.

• Hands-on fluency across modern AI tools and workflows.
• Evidence that you changed behavior and sustained adoption.
• Ability to diagnose a real business workflow and pinpoint AI opportunities.
• Exceptional facilitation and storytelling across diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own Giga's company-wide AI learning and enablement roadmap with practical paths for all levels.
• Learn how work happens across functions and translate needs into role-specific learning.
• Design and deliver hands-on workshops, workflow labs, onboarding sessions, and coaching.
• Serve as internal AI creator producing concise videos, demos, notes, and templates.
• Build and maintain an enablement hub with guidance, playbooks, and examples.
• Create a network of AI champions to adapt guidance and share best practices.
• Turn recurring questions into reusable training and scoped briefs for teams.
• Maintain radar on new models and workflows; recommend pilots and de-scales.
• Partner with Digital Operations, Security, Legal, People, and data owners on tool use and policies.
• Measure adoption beyond attendance: activation, repeat use, and impact metrics.
• Capture success stories and provide leaders with evidence and recommendations.
• Create protected learning moments like showcases and discovery sessions.
