Job summary

ModMed is seeking an AI Enablement Partner to drive AI literacy, tool adoption, and cross-functional enablement across the enterprise. You will bridge AI capability with practical business outcomes and embed the company’s AI Fluency rubric into content and programs.

The role focuses on scaling existing programs (AI Hub, AI Spotlights, AI Tool Workshops) into an enablement engine, enhancing efficiency and adoption across ModMed.

Qualifications

Advanced AI tool knowledge in Google AI ecosystem (Gemini, Workspace Studio).
Proven program management and change management experience.
Cross-functional collaboration with IT, Legal, Compliance.

Responsibilities

Own the AI Enablement Hub as the centralized repo for AI tools, policies and use cases.
Scale AI Spotlight sessions and AI Tool Workshops across the enterprise.
Develop and deliver just-in-time AI training on request for business units.
Embed the AI Fluency rubric into all AI-related training content.
Coordinate with Compliance, Legal, and IT on new AI tools and governance.
