Job summary

ModMed is seeking an AI Enablement Partner to drive AI literacy, tool adoption, and cross-functional enablement across the organization. This senior role bridges AI capabilities with practical business outcomes and embeds ModMed’s AI fluency rubric into training content.

The role focuses on scaling AI Hub initiatives, delivering just-in-time trainings, and partnering with Compliance, Legal and IT for governance and rollout readiness in a healthcare tech environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced AI tool knowledge across Google AI ecosystem (Gemini, Workspace Studio) and familiarity with agentic frameworks/LLMs.
• Proven track record in Learning & Leadership Development program management or org-wide change management.
• Ability to partner with IT, Compliance, Legal and people leaders to manage change, training and risk in enterprise AI tool use.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI Enablement Hub as the central repository for enterprise AI tools, policies and usage.
• Scale AI Spotlight sessions and AI Tool Workshops; deliver just-in-time training on request.
• Embed the AI Fluency rubric into all AI-related training content across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal and IT to manage governance and change control for new AI tools.
• Design and deliver technical components of AI-powered leadership content with the Senior Director of Learning & Leadership Development.
• Test and refine enterprise AI tools and ensure readiness for broader deployments.
