Job summary

Upstream USA seeks an AI Enablement Manager to scale AI across the organization. You will embed with teams to identify use cases, prototype tools, and develop training that raises AI fluency while enforcing governance and cost controls.

You will lead discovery, design, and delivery of practical AI‑enabled solutions, maintain documentation, and champion adoption through workshops and AI champions across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, technology, internal tools, or automation.
• Hands‑on ability to build with modern AI tooling (LLMs), prompts, agents, and low‑code platforms.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous needs into practical, working solutions.
• Experience delivering training, documentation, or enablement programs.
• Fluency with SQL or equivalent data skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical staff.
• Ability to build trust and influence across the organization.
• Self‑directed, highly organized; manage multiple initiatives in fast‑moving environment.
• AI Fluency & Tool Integration; identify and leverage generative AI tools.
• AI Prompt Engineering & Critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Use Case Discovery & Prioritization: embed with teams, scope AI opportunities, translate problems into use cases.
• Solution Building & Delivery: design, build, test, deploy AI-enabled solutions and templates.
• Enablement, Training & Adoption: run workshops, create guides, drive AI adoption.
• Governance, Tools & Measurement: evaluate tools, set guardrails, track success metrics.
