Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer to accelerate AI adoption across engineering by turning standards, tooling patterns, and workflows into repeatable practices. You will bridge AI foundations with the broader engineering org, evangelize standards, and drive a standardized AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC).

You will produce lightweight enablement content, build reusable templates, and measure adoption with dashboards.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in developer productivity, developer experience, technical enablement, engineering communications, technical program leadership, or a similar role in a fast-moving technical organization.

Responsibilities

Drive AI adoption and standardization across engineering.
Evangelize AI tooling patterns, standards, and best practices.
Move organization toward a standardized AIDLC process with explicit workflows and quality bars.
Partner with platform, engineering, and operations leaders to embed AI into default engineering practices.
Create lightweight enablement content and reusable templates for engineers and leaders.
