Job summary

Synechron is seeking an AI Enablement Consultant to help corporate platforms identify, implement and sustain practical uses of AI across BAU, operational support and administrative activities. You will empower teams in the US and UK to use Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Cowork and Copilot Studio, build reusable agents and prompts, and establish governance and ownership for long-term adoption.

The role requires hands-on expertise in the Microsoft 365 Copilot ecosystem, strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Full ownership of Microsoft 365 Copilot enablement across BAU, operational and admin activities.
• Experience designing and delivering practical AI adoption programs for enterprise teams.
• Ability to translate business problems into practical, maintainable AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Discover and assess AI use cases and opportunities across Corporate Platforms.
• Map BAU and administrative activities for US/UK teams.
• Design, build and publish Copilot agents and skills; integrate with Teams, SharePoint and Power Platform.
• Deliver training sessions and create guides to promote adoption.
• Track adoption, collect feedback and refine enablement strategy.
