Job summary

Synechron is seeking an AI Enablement Consultant to help implement and sustain practical uses of AI across BAU, operational support and admin activities. You will enable teams in the US and UK to use Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Cowork and Copilot Studio, build reusable agents and prompts, and establish governance and ownership for long-term adoption.

The base salary in Piscataway, NJ ranges from $135k to $150k per year plus benefits; strong collaboration across time zones is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Cowork and Copilot Studio.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Power Automate).
• Proven experience delivering productivity improvements through AI/automation in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Map BAU, operational and administrative activities with US/UK teams.
• Identify AI opportunities to save time or improve quality.
• Design and deliver training programs for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Publish agents and skills using Copilot Studio and Copilot Cowork.
• Ensure solutions comply with WTW AI governance, licensing and approval requirements.
