Job summary

Babybots LLC is seeking a Microsoft Copilot & Power Platform Enablement Lead to provide education-first AI enablement to clients. This role focuses on teaching, coaching, and establishing governance while driving adoption of Copilot and Power Platform.

Ideal candidates should have experience with Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform, and a proven track record in user training and enablement. You will work closely with client teams to foster confidence in their adoption of these technologies.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Microsoft Copilot (M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, or similar).
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Proven experience delivering training, enablement, or adoption programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Copilot onboarding, readiness assessments, and foundational training for BabyBots clients.
• Guide departmental Copilot pilots for client teams.
• Educate client stakeholders on Power Platform ALM and governance.
