Job summary

Blueprint Technologies is seeking a Microsoft 365 Copilot Solutions Architect to serve as a customer-facing technical advisor on generative AI, workplace productivity, and agentic solutions. You’ll identify AI use cases, deploy secure and governed solutions, and drive adoption that delivers measurable business value.

You’ll collaborate with customers, partners, and delivery teams to accelerate deployment, overcome adoption barriers, and guide organizational change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field with 7–9 years of experience.
• 5+ years in enterprise, customer-facing roles.
• Experience deploying enterprise AI productivity solutions.
• Strong communication with technical, business, and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of enterprise AI assistants and agents.
• Advise on designing, deploying, and operationalizing AI-powered workplace solutions.
• Lead technical engagements on identity, security, governance.
• Educate customers through demonstrations, workshops, and training.
• Coordinate partner-led implementations and cross-functional delivery.
• Measure usage and business impact with analytics.
