Job summary

Triwill Group, acting on behalf of a partner company, is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer based in the United States. This foundational role focuses on safe, scalable AI adoption across a distributed organization and involves building AI-powered workflows and infrastructure.

As the first specialist in this function, you will set standards, drive enablement practices, and collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Finance, People, Engineering, and other teams to identify high-value opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered workflows, integrations, agents, and infrastructure to improve team efficiency.
• Define standards, reusable patterns, and enablement practices from the ground up.
• Partner with Sales, Delivery, Finance, People, Engineering, and other functions to identify high-value AI opportunities.
• Translate business challenges into secure, effective AI solutions for internal use.
• Establish AI literacy, develop internal champions, and create scalable AI foundations for teams.
• This is a remote-first opportunity to shape organization-wide AI adoption at scale.
