Cencora is seeking an enterprise AI measurement, insights, and enablement professional to empower teams to use AI responsibly and profitably. The role focuses on measuring AI adoption, linking usage to business outcomes, and delivering decision-ready insights for leaders.

The position blends measurement strategy, cross-functional advisory work, and hands-on analytics. Strong storytelling and governance awareness are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• Less than 2 years of experience in AI, ML, data science, analytics, software development, or related field.
• Experience with large enterprise data sets.
• Experience with AI Readiness, Enablement, AI Adoption, Engagement and Value.
• Experience with Databricks - highly desired.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to define KPI standards and build dashboards showing AI adoption and business value.
• Develop ROI/value methods linking AI to measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with AI enablement programs including maturation of an enterprise AI measurement framework.
• Hands-on analytics and dashboarding with KPI logic, reports, and storytelling.
• Translate complex metrics into clear narratives for senior leaders.
• Drive alignment across business units, IT, governance, privacy, HR, and engineering.
• Differentiate usage metrics from business outcomes and explain value proxies.
• Measure proficiency, behavior change, and digital transformation outcomes.
• Collaborate with governance stakeholders on privacy-aware reporting.
• Maintain enterprise view across tools and use cases.
