Job summary

Cencora is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer to help scale enterprise AI measurement, enablement, and governance. The role focuses on translating AI adoption into decision-ready insights for senior leaders and practitioners alike.

You will work across governance, privacy, HR, and engineering to design metrics, dashboards, and ROI methodologies that demonstrate real business value from AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, data science, statistics, engineering or related field.
• Less than 2 years in AI/ML, data analytics, or related field.
• Experience with enterprise-scale data sets.
• Experience with AI readiness, enablement, adoption, engagement, and value.

Responsibilities

• Define KPI standards to measure AI success consistently across units.
• Build dashboards, scorecards, and reports showing adoption, usage and business value.
• Analyze trends and gaps to recommend enablement, governance, and investment actions.
• Collaborate with matrixed stakeholders to define meaningful success measures for AI initiatives.
• Develop ROI/value methods linking AI to measurable outcomes such as time savings and cost reductions.
