Job summary

Cencora is seeking an analytical professional to drive enterprise AI measurement and enablement. The role focuses on turning AI adoption into measurable business value through dashboards, KPI logic, and clear storytelling for leadership.

You will partner across IT, governance, privacy, HR, and engineering to define success metrics and ROI, while ensuring responsible use and value realization across tools and platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• Less than 2 years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, analytics, software development, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• Prior experience working with large data sets within an enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Assist with AI enablement programs and measure adoption, engagement, and value.
• Design an enterprise AI measurement framework with standard metrics and value hypotheses.
• Hands-on analytics and dashboarding with KPI logic and storytelling.
• Turn complex metrics into clear narratives for senior leaders.
• Drive alignment across business units, IT, governance, privacy, HR, and engineering.
• Differentiate between usage metrics and business outcomes to show value.
• Measure proficiency and change adoption within AI readiness programs.
