Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, information systems, or related field.
• Less than 2 years of experience in AI, ML, data science, analytics, software development, or related fields.
• Experience with large data sets in an enterprise setting.
• Knowledge of AI readiness, enablement, adoption, engagement and value.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Design AI measurement framework with structured metric definitions and value hypotheses.
• Hands-on analytics and dashboarding with KPI logic and storytelling.
• Communicate insights to senior leaders and practitioners, explaining methods clearly.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across business units, IT, governance, privacy, HR, and engineering.
• Develop ROI/value methods linking AI to measurable business outcomes.
• Maintain enterprise view across multiple tools and use cases.
