Job summary

Cencora is seeking an enterprise AI measurement, insights, and enablement leader to drive responsible, profitable AI adoption across the organization. You will design measurement frameworks, build KPI-driven dashboards, and translate analytics into decision-ready insights for executives.

The role blends strategy, advisory work, and hands-on analytics with a focus on business value, productivity gains, cost reduction, and risk management across AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree required or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• Experience working with large enterprise data sets preferred.
• Knowledge of AI readiness, enablement, adoption and value is a plus.
• Databricks experience is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist with enterprise AI measurement, governance, and enablement programs.
• Build dashboards, scorecards, and reporting showing AI adoption and business value.
• Turn complex metrics into clear narratives for senior leaders and practitioners.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders across IT, governance, privacy, HR, and engineering.
• Develop ROI/value methods linking AI usage to measurable outcomes.
