Job summary

Socure is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer to accelerate AI adoption across engineering by turning standards, tooling patterns, and workflows into repeatable practice. You’ll connect AI foundations to the broader engineering org, evangelize frameworks, and drive a standardized AIDLC across teams.

You will own feedback loops, create lightweight enablement content, and help engineers adopt practical AI workflows at scale. This role emphasizes hands-on delivery and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in developer productivity, enablement, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, code review, testing and tooling.
• Experience using AI tools to create content and workflows.
• Ability to translate evolving standards into reusable AI-enabled workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI adoption and standardization across the engineering organization.
• evangelize AI tooling standards and best practices defined by leaders.
• Develop lightweight enablement content and quick-reference guides.
• Build feedback loops with engineers, team leads, and managers.
• Define adoption dashboards and track progress toward standardized usage.
