Job summary

Edenred Italia S.r.l. is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer for our Data & AI Division in Kleinostheim near Frankfurt. You will prototype and improve AI assistants, prompts and lightweight automations for key business use cases.

You will collaborate with the Edenchat Product team to implement safety controls and best practices, develop user guides, and support global communities with practical AI solutions. Fluency in German and English is required.

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent in a relevant field and 2+ years in AI-focused roles.
Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and LLM workflows.
Strong understanding of data privacy, security controls and compliance.
Experience prototyping, testing and iterating AI solutions.
Scripting, automation or API integration skills.
Fluent German and English; strong communication in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Prototype, build and improve AI assistants, prompts and lightweight automations for business use cases.
Create, validate and maintain a scalable library of approved prompts, AI assistants and applications.
Design and execute pilots with AI Ambassadors and Liaisons, refining solutions for broader adoption.
Collaborate with the Edenchat Product team to implement safety controls and best practices.
Develop clear technical documentation and how-to guides for end users.
Contribute to the EverydayAI Builder Community and Genius Bars support.
Embed safety, privacy and compliance by design into AI workflows.
