Job summary

UTA Edenred in Kleinostheim near Frankfurt is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer to prototype and enhance AI assistants, prompts, and lightweight automations for core business use cases.

Experience with prompt engineering, LLM workflows and MCP, plus a strong focus on data privacy and security, is essential. You will craft technical docs and collaborate across international teams in German and English.

Qualifications

• Completed degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field and 2 years of experience in Prompt Engineering or similar AI-focused role.
• Hands‑on experience with prompt engineering, LLM workflows, MCP and Generative AI, demonstrated through development/deployment of AI applications.
• Knowledge of data privacy, security controls and compliance; product mindset; ability to prototype, test and iterate AI solutions.
• Technical curiosity with scripting/automation or API integration; interest in emerging AI technologies including Agentic AI.
• Strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and collaborative mindset for international teams.
• Fluent German and English for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Prototype, build and improve AI assistants, applications, prompts and lightweight automations for business use cases.
• Create, validate and maintain a scalable library of approved prompts, assistants and applications.
• Design and optimize pilot initiatives with AI Ambassadors and Liaisons for broader adoption.
• Collaborate with Edenchat Product team to implement safety controls and best practices.
• Develop concise technical documentation and how-to guides for end users.
