Edenred Finland Oy seeks an AI Enablement Engineer to prototype and scale AI solutions in our Data & AI division near Frankfurt. The role focuses on prompts, AI assistants, and lightweight automations aligned with safety and compliance.

You will collaborate with the Edenchat Product team and contribute to knowledge sharing across our AI community. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with prompt engineering, MCP, and Generative AI, plus a product mindset and strong communication for an

Qualifications

2 years of experience in Prompt Engineering or a comparable AI-focused role
Hands-on with prompt engineering and LLM workflows
Knowledge of data privacy, security controls and compliance
Ability to prototype, test and iterate AI solutions
Analytical, collaborative in an international environment

Responsibilities

Prototype, build and improve AI assistants, applications, prompts and lightweight automations
Create, validate and maintain a scalable library of prompts and AI apps
Design and pilot initiatives with AI Ambassadors and Liaisons
Collaborate with Edenchat Product team to implement safety and best practices
Develop concise technical docs and how-to guides for end users
Support Genius Bars with AI Ambassadors and contribute to community
Embed safety, data privacy, and compliance into AI workflows
