Job summary

Edenred Italia S.r.l. is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer for our Data & AI Division in Kleinostheim near Frankfurt. You will prototype and improve AI assistants, prompts and lightweight automations for key business use cases.

You will collaborate with the Edenchat Product team to implement safety controls and best practices, develop user guides, and support global communities with practical AI solutions. Fluency in German and English is required.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a relevant field and 2+ years in AI-focused roles.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and LLM workflows.
• Strong understanding of data privacy, security controls and compliance.
• Experience prototyping, testing and iterating AI solutions.
• Scripting, automation or API integration skills.
• Fluent German and English; strong communication in cross-functional teams.

AI Enablement Engineer (all genders) full-time position in our Division Data & AI in Kleinostheim near Frankfurt as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

• Prototype, build and continuously improve AI assistants, applications, prompts and lightweight automations for identified business use cases
• Create, validate and maintain a scalable library of approved prompts, AI assistants and applications, ensuring quality, consistency and reusability
• Design, execute and optimise pilot initiatives with AI Ambassadors and AI Liaisons, refining solutions based on feedback until they are ready for broader adoption
• Collaborate closely with the Edenchat Product team to implement safety controls, development best practices and the latest AI capabilities and standards
• Develop and maintain concise technical documentation and practical how-to guides to support end users in adopting AI solutions
• Contribute to the global EverydayAI Builder Community and support complex, problem-driven Genius Bars in collaboration with AI Ambassadors
• Embed safety, monitoring and compliance by design into AI workflows, ensuring adherence to data privacy standards, minimizing bias and maintaining operational transparency

Your profile:

• Completed degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, combined with 2 years of experience in Prompt Engineering or a comparable AI-focused role
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, LLM workflows, Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Generative AI, ideally demonstrated through the development and deployment of AI applications
• Strong understanding of data privacy, security controls and compliance requirements, paired with a product mindset and experience in prototyping, testing and iterating AI solutions
• Technical curiosity combined with practical scripting, automation or API integration skills and a passion for exploring emerging AI technologies, including Agentic AI
• Analytical thinking, clear communication and a collaborative mindset, with a structured, proactive approach to solving complex challenges in an international environment
• Fluent German and English, enabling effective collaboration across international and cross-functional teams
