Job summary

UTA Edenred is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer to prototype and refine AI assistants, prompts, and lightweight automations. You will build a scalable prompts library and run pilots with AI Ambassadors to drive adoption while ensuring safety and data privacy compliance.

You will collaborate with the Edenchat Product team and maintain practical how-to guides for end users, contributing to the global AI Builder Community in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Completed degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• 2 years of experience in Prompt Engineering or a comparable AI-focused role.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, LLM workflows, MCP and Generative AI.
• Strong understanding of data privacy, security controls and compliance requirements with a product mindset.
• Technical curiosity with practical scripting, automation or API integration skills.
• Fluent German and English enabling collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Prototype, build and improve AI assistants, applications, prompts and lightweight automations for identified business use cases.
• Create, validate and maintain a scalable library of prompts, AI assistants and applications.
• Design, execute and optimize pilot initiatives with AI Ambassadors and AI Liaisons.
• Collaborate with the Edenchat Product team to implement safety controls and best practices.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and how-to guides for end users.
• Contribute to the EverydayAI Builder Community and Genius Bars with AI Ambassadors.
• Embed safety, monitoring and compliance by design into AI workflows.
