HDR, Inc. is seeking an Applied Data Scientist – AI Enablement to build internal AI capabilities within HDR’s Transportation Business Group.

You will design and deploy AI solutions, create scalable data pipelines, and manage end-to-end model lifecycles while identifying bottlenecks in data and tooling. Initially focused on internal development, the role will evolve toward client-facing delivery and advisory work, leveraging proven solutions as repeatable services.

Formación

• 3+ years experience with data engineering tools and languages such as SQL, Power Query, and Pandas.
• 3+ years experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Plotly, Seaborn, Matplotlib.
• 3+ years experience with data science languages such as Python and R.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to multitask.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions addressing internal transportation business needs.
• Build reusable AI components, data pipelines, and workflows scalable for client delivery.
• Manage full model lifecycle including development, deployment, monitoring, drift detection, retraining, and inference.
