Job summary

Johnson Technology Systems Inc is seeking an AI Enablement & Communications Specialist for a hybrid role based in Herndon, VA (on-site Tue-Thu). You will drive adoption of AI capabilities across the org, develop reusable resources, and manage communications and training to empower teams.

The role sits within the AI Platform Strategy & Services group of AIDO and reports to the corporate team. The position focuses on turning AI capabilities into practical, repeatable workflows, coordinating

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Working knowledge of generative AI capabilities, prompt engineering, context engineering, and responsible AI.
Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to identify needs and adoption of new tools.
Strong written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills for senior leaders.
Experience developing internal communications, adoption campaigns, or newsletters.
Strong analytical and organizational skills; able to gather feedback and improve programs.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with customers.

Responsibilities

Lead AI enablement and adoption programs, including training sessions and enablement resources.
Develop frameworks to improve output quality and consistency of AI workflows.
Support teams in adopting AI as part of standard ways of working.
Partner with business units to identify high-impact AI use cases.
