Job summary

iFlow Inc. is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to drive AI enablement initiatives onsite in Dublin, OH. The role focuses on leading change activities for enterprise AI programs to ensure adoption and realized business value.

Responsibilities include developing OCM strategies, stakeholder engagement and communication plans, and adoption roadmaps while collaborating with the AI COE and business leaders to promote AI literacy and responsible AI adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Change Management/Organizational Transformation roles.
• Experience leading enterprise AI change initiatives is preferred.
• Prosci Change Management Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management activities for enterprise AI initiatives and ensure adoption and business value realization.
• Develop and execute OCM strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communication plans, and adoption roadmaps.
• Partner with AI COE, project teams, business leaders, and stakeholders to drive AI transformation.
• Promote AI awareness and enterprise AI literacy across the organization; support responsible AI adoption.
• Assess organizational readiness, identify change impacts, and implement mitigation plans.
