Job summary

iFlow Inc. is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to drive AI enablement initiatives onsite in Dublin, OH. The role focuses on leading change activities for enterprise AI programs to ensure adoption and realized business value.

Responsibilities include developing OCM strategies, stakeholder engagement and communication plans, and adoption roadmaps while collaborating with the AI COE and business leaders to promote AI literacy and responsible AI adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Change Management/Organizational Transformation roles.
• Experience leading enterprise AI change initiatives is preferred.
• Prosci Change Management Certification is a plus.

Job Description

• Lead change management activities for enterprise AI initiatives, ensuring successful adoption and business value realization.


• Develop and execute OCM strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communication plans, and adoption roadmaps.


• Partner with the AI Center of Excellence (COE), project teams, business leaders, and stakeholders to drive AI transformation.


• Promote AI awareness, enterprise AI literacy, and responsible AI adoption across the organization.


• Assess organizational readiness, identify change impacts, and implement mitigation plans to support affected teams.


• Create and deliver communication, training, and engagement materials to improve user readiness and adoption.


• Track adoption metrics, user feedback, and change effectiveness, continuously refining change strategies.


• Collaborate with executive sponsors and leadership teams to secure alignment and support for AI initiatives.


• Strong experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM), stakeholder management, communications, and large-scale transformation programs.


• Prosci Change Management Certification preferred; experience with AI adoption, healthcare environments, and global enterprise transformations is highly desirable.
