Job summary

You will create labs, demos, and playbooks, partner with engineering and security stakeholders, and translate complex AI concepts into actionable guidance while ensuring responsible AI practices and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in software engineering, solution architecture, DevOps, or technical enablement.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools in technical workflows and training delivery.
• Ability to design and facilitate technical training for engineering audiences.
• Strong understanding of SDLC practices and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver hands-on AI training for engineers, architects, and technical product teams.
• Build developer-focused curriculum, labs, demos, and facilitator guides.
• Teach practical use of AI across the software development lifecycle with real-world examples.
• Create learning assets and playbooks; run live workshops, hackathons, and enablement sessions.
• Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, data, cloud, product, and responsible AI stakeholders.
