Job summary

Progressive Leasing is seeking an AI Change Management Consultant to drive workforce enablement for our AI transformation. You will partner with the People team to design programs, develop role expectations, and create practical toolkits that help managers and employees adapt to changing workflows.

You are a facilitator who can work in ambiguity, translate new processes into actionable enablement plans, and measure progress beyond vanity metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in workforce transformation, people enablement, or talent-side change execution.
• Track record of facilitating real behavior change, not just training.
• Fluency with HR/Talent systems and related workflows.

Responsibilities

• Shape and guide the workforce enablement approach for AI-driven workflow and role changes.
• Design and facilitate enablement programs that drive genuine adoption — not check-the-box training.
• Equip managers to lead their teams through transition, including readiness, support, and tougher conversations.
• Translate redesigned workflows into clear role expectations, skills, and enablement plans.
• Build practical, usable toolkits, learning experiences, and manager resources.
• Advise across Talent, HR, and AI teams to ensure enablement lands before accountability shifts.
• Measure progress with behavior change, readiness, friction indicators rather than vanity metrics.
• Continuously refine the approach based on real signals from employees and managers.
