Job summary

Mesh is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to identify operational bottlenecks and build AI powered workflows across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Operations. You’ll partner with company leaders to deploy AI solutions that reduce friction and enable faster execution in a high growth startup.

You will establish playbooks, standards, and internal AI infrastructure to scale the organization. This role blends strategy, hands‑on delivery, and organizational enablement to unlock value across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, solutions engineering, or similar cross‑functional roles.
• Ability to translate operational challenges into AI powered solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools and technologies (LLMs, agents, APIs).
• Experience building automations and internal tooling to scale processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify high‑impact AI opportunities to eliminate manual work and unlock value.
• Partner with executives to solve operational challenges across the company.
• Design, build, and launch AI powered workflows, automations, copilots, and internal tools.
• Own initiatives end to end from discovery to adoption and measurement.
• Drive company wide AI adoption through enablement and training.
• Establish playbooks and infrastructure for scalable AI across teams.
• Measure business impact and tie initiatives to efficiency gains and adoption.
• Build Mesh's AI operating system and supporting standards.
