Job summary

Plus Power seeks a Manager, AI Solutions & Analytics to operationalize AI adoption across the business, focusing on enablement, governance, and scalable AI workflows. You will translate business needs into AI-enabled solutions and embed AI into processes while upholding guardrails and value realization.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive adoption, measure impact, and scale AI initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in economics, data science, computer science, business, or related field.
• 6–10 years analytics/BI/automation/data-focused roles.
• Ability to synthesize and present complex data clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver timely, high-quality results.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Experience building AI solutions with agents and multi-step workflows.
• Experience driving adoption of new technologies cross-functionally.
• Experience translating ambiguous problems into practical workflows or scaled processes.
• Experience establishing governance, standards, and guardrails for analytics/AI workflows.
• Ability to articulate business value and tradeoffs of AI use cases.
• Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Advanced experience with SQL, Python, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive implementation of Plus Power’s AI operating model by building organizational capability and enabling responsible AI use.
• Provide training, guidance, and reusable patterns to help teams apply AI in daily work.
• Define AI standards, guardrails, and usage patterns for consistency and trust.
• Partner with leaders to assess and implement AI opportunities with strong business fit.
• Design and support AI-enabled solutions and workflows, including copilots and human-in-the-loop processes.
• Facilitate the transition from experimentation to scaled AI implementations across processes and platforms.
• Help measure AI adoption, solution effectiveness, and business impact over time.
