Job summary

Intuit seeks a Staff, AI & Technology Enablement Manager to own the AI-enabled operation for Expert Excellence. You will design, automate, and deploy AI agents to reduce manual work and accelerate delivery, partnering with content, curriculum, and delivery teams to embed AI across workflows.

The role requires hands-on experience deploying AI in production, driving adoption without mandates, and shaping an AI-native operations function with leadership-level influence across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in learning technology, operations, or EdTech with ownership of end-to-end systems
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI or automation systems in production
• Direct production experience with large language model APIs - prompt engineering, knowledge base design, retrieval-augmented generation, structured output parsing, and trust model design
• Experience designing and managing agentic AI systems - multi-agent architectures, human-in-the-loop approval patterns, audit trail design, and failure mode thinking
• Ability to drive workflow adoption without mandate through peer proof and social enablement infrastructure
• Experience enabling a non-technical team to use AI tools independently
• Comfort translating between L&D, operations, and technical systems
• Measurable track record of reducing operational friction through workflow redesign or platform consolidation
• Strong cross-functional influence skills across business functions
• Experience in a high-growth, high-ambiguity organization
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Audit workflows to identify automation opportunities and prioritize based on business impact
• Map the learning production workflow and identify friction points
• Design and implement workflow infrastructure for observable progress
• Own PMO platform evaluation and implementation by Q3 FY27
• Design and deploy AI agents addressing high-value automation opportunities
• Build and run an org-wide AI enablement program with content and delivery teams
• Serve as Expert Excellence's AI subject matter expert on platform capabilities and governance
• Assess, rationalize, and manage the technology stack with build-vs-buy decisions
