Job summary

Intuit seeks a Staff, AI & Technology Enablement Manager to own AI-enabled operations for Expert Excellence. Design and automate workflows, deploy AI agents, and drive adoption without mandates, partnering with content, curriculum, and delivery teams to embed AI into daily work.

This hands-on role requires deploying AI in production, leading cross-functional initiatives, and shaping AI strategy with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in learning technology, operations, or EdTech with end-to-end ownership.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI or automation systems in production with measurable impact.
• Direct production experience with large language model APIs and retrieval augmented generation.
• Experience designing multi-agent AI systems and governance-aware patterns.
• Proven ability to drive adoption of AI tools without mandates.
• Ability to translate between business stakeholders and technical partners.

Responsibilities

• Audit workflows to identify automation opportunities and prioritize impact.
• Map learning production workflows to remove friction and automate steps.
• Design and implement observable workflow infrastructure with routing and status visibility.
• Lead PMO platform evaluation and implementation to streamline tooling.
• Design, deploy, and iterate AI agents addressing high-value automation opportunities.
• Build an org-wide AI enablement program with content and delivery teams.
• Serve as internal AI SME, staying current on capabilities and governance.
• Rationalize technology stack, manage build-vs-buy decisions and vendor relationships.
