Job summary

Connection is seeking an AI Enablement Advisor to partner with business and technology teams to identify opportunities where AI can improve productivity, decision-making, and automation. You will guide AI platform choices, governance, and adoption across the organization.

The role emphasizes responsible AI practices, training, and collaboration with Security, Compliance, and Data Governance to ensure scalable, secure AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of generative AI concepts, LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, retrieval-based solutions, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Familiarity with Microsoft AI technologies including Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform.
• Ability to explain AI concepts, governance requirements, and tradeoffs to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities where AI can improve productivity, decision-making, and automation.
• Evaluate AI platforms and services considering governance, cost, and scalability.
• Develop guidance, training materials, and enablement programs for AI adoption.
• Collaborate with Security, Compliance, Data Governance, and IT to ensure responsible AI use.
