Job summary

Judi Health seeks an AI Enablement Communications & Adoption Intern to translate AI initiatives into clear employee communications and learning experiences. You will support branding, campaigns, and adoption activities across enterprise AI tools.

You will work with teams across Communications, Talent Development, Product, and Technology to develop materials, collect feedback, and track adoption metrics for AI launches.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in AI and digital transformation.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear content.

Responsibilities

• Support communications and adoption activities for enterprise AI initiatives, including Copilot and AI workflows.
• Develop employee-facing communications: launch announcements, newsletters, FAQs, guides, and presentations.
• Assist with release communications and coordination before, during, and after launches.
• Support branding, storytelling, and adoption campaigns with success stories and spotlights.
• Collaborate with AI Enablement, Talent Development, Communications, Product, and Tech teams.
• Help collect feedback and adoption insights to improve training and experiences.
• Track adoption metrics like participation and training completion.
• Research AI adoption trends and provide recommendations.
• Support additional AI initiatives and events as needed.
• Adhere to Judi Health Code of Conduct.
