Job summary

Siemens Industry Software Inc. is seeking a part‑time AI Adoption, Enablement & Communications Intern for Spring 2027 as part of the Strategic Student Program.

You will support high‑visibility AI initiatives, help develop communications and enablement content, and drive adoption across the organization. This internship offers mentorship from senior engineers, collaboration with AI strategy and product teams, and potential for full‑time offers after graduation.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, Human‑Centered Design, Psychology, Digital Media, or User Experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities
• Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences
• Interest in emerging technologies and digital transformation
• Hands‑on experience with generative AI
• Self‑motivated with strong problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work effectively within collaborative teams

Responsibilities

• Develop communication plans, newsletters, announcements, and executive updates for AI initiatives.
• Create enablement content including user guides, quick‑reference materials, success stories, videos, and training resources.
• Support adoption campaigns for emerging AI applications and pilots.
• Assist in coordinating user feedback, surveys, and adoption metrics.
• Partner with AI product teams to communicate business value and success outcomes.
• Help prepare presentations, demonstrations, and showcase materials for leadership reviews and stakeholder meetings.
• Research AI trends, user behaviors, and best practices in organizational adoption.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams spanning AI strategy, market intelligence, engineering, and business operations.
• Support community‑building efforts that encourage engagement with new AI tools and capabilities.
• Contribute to measurement and reporting of adoption, utilization, and value realization activities.
