Job summary

Judi Health is seeking an AI Enablement Communications & Adoption Intern in a hybrid role located in Denver or NYC area. You will translate AI initiatives into engaging employee communications and learning experiences while supporting adoption campaigns for enterprise AI tools.

The internship offers hands-on exposure to AI transformation, with collaboration across Communications, Talent Development, Product, and Technology teams. Strong writing, organization, and interest in AI are essential.

Qualifications

Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate complex concepts.
Demonstrated interest in AI, digital transformation, or future of work.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines.
Comfortable collaborating with business and technology stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Support communications and adoption activities for enterprise AI initiatives, including Copilot, AI agents, workflow automation, and other AI capabilities.
Develop employee-facing communications: announcements, newsletters, FAQs, quick-reference guides, presentations, and SharePoint/Teams content.
Assist with release and implementation communications, coordinating messaging before, during, and after launches.
Support internal AI Enablement branding and storytelling, including success stories and campaign materials.
Partner with stakeholders to develop lightweight learning materials, training content, office hours, demos, and sessions.
Help collect employee feedback and adoption insights to improve communications and training.
Support tracking adoption measures such as participation, engagement, and training completion.
Research emerging AI tools and adoption practices to provide recommendations.
Assist with pilots, events, and special projects as needed.
Ensure compliance with Judi Health Code of Conduct.
