Judi Health is seeking an AI Enablement Communications & Adoption Intern to help translate AI initiatives for employees. You will support communications, learning materials, and adoption campaigns for enterprise AI tools and solutions.

The role involves coordinating messaging around AI releases, creating launch announcements, FAQs, guides, and intranet content, and partnering with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical AI concepts into clear content.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.
• Able to collaborate with business and technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support communications and adoption activities for enterprise AI initiatives, including Copilot and AI agents.
• Create employee-facing communications: launch announcements, FAQs, guides, presentations, and intranet content.
• Coordinate messaging for AI solution releases and changes with stakeholders.
• Help develop learning materials, training content, and adoption campaigns.
• Support branding, storytelling, and employee engagement content for AI Enablement.
