Job summary

Judi Health invites applicants for an AI Enablement Agent Development & Automation Intern role in a hybrid setting, focused on designing and prototyping AI agents and workflow automation across the enterprise.

You will work with the AI Enablement team and stakeholders to map processes, gather requirements, and translate opportunities into practical AI-enabled solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and related tools.

Qualifications

Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in CS, IS, Data Science, AI, Engineering, or related field.
Demonstrated interest or hands-on experience with generative AI, AI agents, automation, or software development.
Ability to translate business problems into workflows or technical solutions.
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Meet with stakeholders to understand problems and opportunities for AI/automation.
Gather requirements, map processes, define use cases for AI-enabled workflows.
Build and prototype AI agents, copilots, prompts, workflows, and automations.
Connect AI solutions to enterprise knowledge sources and APIs.
Develop prompts, agent instructions, and knowledge retrieval approaches.
Conduct testing and document issues, results, and improvements.
Create documentation including requirements, designs, test cases, guides.
Collaborate with AI Enablement, Product, Engineering, Security, Compliance, and teams.
Measure effectiveness via metrics like time saved, adoption, quality, accuracy.
Research emerging AI tech and develop small proofs-of-concept.
Support pipeline of use cases, pilots, and transformation initiatives.
