Job summary

Judi Health is seeking an AI Enablement Agent Development & Automation Intern to help design, prototype, test, and implement AI agents and workflow automation across the enterprise. You’ll collaborate with AI Enablement, Product, Engineering and Security teams to translate business needs into practical AI solutions.

The role provides hands‑on exposure to enterprise generative AI, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, APIs, and knowledge sources, with a hybrid local to Denver or NYC area.

Qualifications

• Portfolio or project submissions of AI agents, automations, or AI solutions built by the candidate.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant fields such as CS, IS, data science or AI.
• Hands‑on experience with generative AI, AI agents, automation, or software development.
• Ability to translate business problems into logical workflows or technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Meet with stakeholders to understand problems, workflows, and opportunities for AI and automation.
• Assist with requirements gathering, process mapping, use‑case definition, and solution design.
• Build and prototype AI agents, copilots, prompts, workflows, and automations using enterprise tech.
• Support solutions with platforms like Copilot Studio, Power Automate, GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT.
• Connect AI solutions to enterprise knowledge sources, apps, and APIs.
• Develop and test prompts, agent instructions, and retrieval workflows.
• Conduct testing and document issues, results, and improvements.
• Create documentation including requirements, flows, designs, test cases and guides.
• Collaborate with AI Enablement, Product, Engineering, Security and Compliance teams to follow governance and security requirements.
• Help measure impact with metrics like time saved, adoption, accuracy, and business value.
• Research new AI tech and run small proofs‑of‑concept for enterprise use cases.
• Support the AI Enablement pipeline of use cases, pilots, and transformation initiatives.
