Job summary

Gusto’s Denver office seeks a Workplace Operations Lead to deliver seamless day-to-day operations with a hospitality-driven employee experience. You will oversee facilities coordination, vendor management, asset tracking, maintenance, and on-site event support, using data and AI insights to optimize space, safety, and services.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in workplace operations or facilities management.
• Hands-on experience with day-to-day site operations and vendors.
• Familiarity with Jira, ServiceChannel, Notion.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• AI fluency and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, inviting Denver office with supplies.
• Lead onboarding, badge distribution, and daily employee needs.
• Coordinate with teams on events and programs.
• Communicate guidelines clearly to stakeholders.
• Use AI tools to draft communications and summarize feedback.
• Manage maintenance, vendor scheduling, and asset tracking.
• Oversee EH&S program and safety inspections.
• Support procurement and vendor performance with AI insights.
