Job summary

THE·TEAM in Los Angeles is seeking a Manager of People Operations to lead and optimize People Operations processes, systems, and team execution across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, with a strong focus on AI-enabled automation and data-driven improvements.

You will manage HRIS data, Workday integrations, dashboards, audits, and compliance, while partnering with People, Finance, Legal, IT and operations to drive change and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field or 4+ years in People Operations.
• Strong experience improving operations in fast growth environments.
• Proficiency with Excel, dashboards, and analytics for decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead People Operations across the full employee lifecycle with compliant processes.
• Develop AI-enabled processes to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Oversee HRIS data management, Workday integrations, and reporting.
• Lead audits, compliance reviews, and annual reporting submissions.
• Mentor and develop People Operations staff and establish SLAs.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT, and other teams for changes.
